The "S-21" is a base for mounting AC outlets on a DIN 35mm rail. Compatible outlets are Panasonic models WK3001W (1 socket) and WK3004W (2 sockets). After installing the outlet, you can still turn the rail fixing screws (for the 2-socket version, the cover needs to be removed), allowing for easy left-right position adjustments.
